I spent the weekend watching The Who film The Kids Are Alright and took the drawings from several stills of a The Who performing “My Generation” sometime in the mid seventies. Now, a lot of The Who’s music I can take or leave, but trying to capture the beautiful, frenetic, kinetic, gleeful energy that Keith Moon brought to playing drums isn’t an easy challenge.
